Joe is currently the co-founder & CEO of Nuivio, a US based venture builder, with a portfolio of fast growing companies like Ignitho, Piqual etc. Joe is also the founder of JDO Invest, a B2C startup incubator. He brings a track record of two decades of fast paced business growth across USA, Europe and Asia; with an MBA and Engineering qualification.

Rahul enjoys building businesses for scale, growth and sustained profit by harnessing digital technologies. As a business leader for over 19+ years, he has steered market-leading companies in ed-tech, consumer-tech, e-commerce, mobility, media & entertainment businesses. Currently he is the CEO & Co-founder of Genius Inside, an e-learning platform for leadership and behavioural skills. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he was heading the Subscription Video on Demand Business at ZEE5 and developed ZEE5 as India’s top digital entertainment destination. Rahul has spent over decade and half in mobility companies like Ola and LeasePlan. At Ola he started and built Ola’s cab-lending / asset management company which gave him an extensive Zero to One build-up exposure. He also built Ola's Enterprise and Consumer business (Ola Places, Shuttle and Rental) across India and Global Markets. While not at work, he enjoys being an active early stage investor and a mentor to start-ups.

Starting as an engineer, Sachin found his passion in music. He has composed and sung across movies in all south Indian languages, composed music for ads, and has also made his own independent music. Still carrying the spirit of an engineer at heart, he’s an avid tech and design enthusiast. He believes in the magic of connection that art stands for. His favourite thing to do is getting lost in new hobbies.

Marketing and advertising are Caro’s area of expertise and she has worked as a digital campaigns lead with global organizations for their US & UK clients. Caro’s dream is to setup a space with a cafe vibe where entertainment meets people inspired by Central Perk from the US sitcom Friends. She believes in the power of storytelling and digital media to entertain diverse audiences. An engineering and MBA graduate, Caro’s interest include movies, music, travel and fashion.

A techie at heart, Adhi is a passionate digital content creator, blending technology prowess with artistic flair. His expertise spreads across coding, SEO, design etc. and has experience working in projects with US & UK clients. An early adopter of digital content, having created a YouTube channel at a young age, he continues to experiment with new formats of video. Adhi has a Masters in Computer Application and loves movies and travel.
